The Intellectual Property Colloquium is an online audio program devoted to intellectual property topics. We aspire to be something like an NPR talk show, but focused on copyrights and patents, and aimed primarily at a legal audience. Each show lasts one hour and features guests drawn from academia, the judiciary, and/or from technology and media companies. Lawyers who listen to the show can earn free CLE credit in California, New York, Texas, Illinois, Washington, and soon over a dozen other states. The Colloquium is produced through a partnership between the UCLA School of Law, the law firm of Loeb & Loeb, the economic consultancy LECG, and the National Jury Project, a professional jury research and trial consulting firm with offices in California, Minnesota, and New Jersey. It is hosted by UCLA Law Professor Doug Lichtman. Visit us on the web at www.ipcolloquium.com.

Jonathan Bailor's Smarter Science of Slim is the single largest scientific analysis of health and fitness ever conducted and proves that, contrary to what the food, fitness, and pharmaceutical industries tell us, eating less and exercising more harms our health and leads to fat gain 95.4 percent of the time. Endorsed by the world-wide scientific community including top doctors at the Harvard Medical School, John Hopkins, and UCLA, and approved as curriculum for registered dieticians (RDs) by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, The Smarter Science of Slim simplifies this analysis of more than 1,100 scientific studies into a proven lifestyle for long-term wellness by focusing on the quality of food and exercise and then eating more and exercising less – but smarter.

Do G-spots really exist? Does TV rot kids' brains? And why is it that you can count calories until the cows come home and not lose a pound, but your husband stops drinking juice and drops 25? Get the answer to these (and tons more) wacky health questions by watching our original online series. First we ask the man and woman on the street what they think, and then we ask our own Dr. Ross Donaldson, a UCLA medical professor specializing in emergency medicine and international health, for his opinion -- yeah, we'll take that one. Can you separate health fact from health fiction? Find out now.
