I’ve been a pilot for a major U.S. Carrier since 1989. Before that I flew A-10s for the Air Force. I was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in the UK, and then at McClellan AFB in California. I left the Air Force and then we won the cold war. I think it was just a coincidence

From a bar in Louisville, KY, old friends Jim, Brent, & Puckett (along with the bar full of drunken prophets) brood over the complexities of today’s pop-culture with a striking sense of originality, a smattering of charm, and a whole lot of humor. Together they ponder issues allowing the conversation drift unfettered to the corners of their expansive imaginations. In a single sitting they can touch on anything from their favorite music to movies they hate to books that changed their lives and everything else in between. They’re opinionated, blunt, and crass…so often they’re shows aren’t for the weak at heart. But they speak freely and honestly in the way only old friends can.

Constructive Spirit Teen Audio Tour
This teen audio tour was created for Constructive Spirit: Abstract Art in South and North America, 1920s-50s, an exhibition that considers the shared interest in geometric abstraction that linked artists from Argentina, Brazil, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela. The result of a collaboration between the Newark Museum and the Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, this podcast brings a teen’s perspective to eight works included in Constructive Spirit. In the summer of 2009, curators and educators from both institutions brought together four high-school interns to research and interpret works in the exhibition. Two of these students attend the Nightingale-Bamford School in New York City, which has an ongoing internship program with the Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros; and the other two, both participants in the Newark Museum’s Science Explorer program, attend Newark Arts High and Newark Science High.
In iTunes, Spanish translations of each track of the tour are available by right clicking over the title, then left clicking "get info" and then the "lyrics" tab.

It's all about me and my friends and the world we revolve in. We are the Real Housewives of Tennessee! Our lives have more drama and more cat fights than Orange County can imagine. We also have more back stabbing and husband stealing stories to tell of than Atlanta could dream of, not to mention the insane amount of face-offs and more oneupmanship than NYC will ever know. Yes, Tennessee Housewives has everything they all have plus we can do it wearing daisy duke shorts & 6" high heels! Now try that on for size, Vicki!! Whoo Hoo!!

The Sentry Box is one of four exciting artworks that have been recently installed on the river foreshore in Parramatta. The artworks reveal stories of hardship, love, loss, survival, order and punishment in the early 1800s. Life Along the Riverbank was created by historian Michael Flynn, artists Susan Milne and Greg Stonehouse and Parramatta City Council’s Parramatta Stories Project. These contemporary interpretations are designed to attract people and spark debate, insight and reflection on the heritage and the people who lived along riverbank. They provide a dramatic and engaging experience for visitors as they begin their journey along the Harris Park Heritage Walk. Want to hear the stories? The characters of the1800s will be brought to life through four soundscapes which can be downloaded to your mobile or ipod from the itunes store. Download and print your map which will lead you on your walk starting at the Parramatta Wharf.
