Finally, every show ends with a top 5 list - an entertaining examination of 5 things relevant to English teachers working in Japan, based on each episode's theme. The podcast host, Omar Karlin, has taught in Japan since 1999, in schools ranging from a junior high school on the JET program, to a conversation school in Osaka, to a university in Tokyo. The aim of this podcast is to bring teachers together, to generate relevant and practical discussion on lesson plans and other issues faced while teaching English abroad, particularly in Japan. This podcast also has a Facebook page and a materials library that listeners are encouraged to use and contribute to.
