Bridge Builders® is a two-year program that works with students from public, private, parochial, and home schools. It works to develop high school students into future leaders who will lay aside individual, social, economic, and cultural differences to work for the benefit of all. Our purpose is to help ordinary youth find their voice, experience their power and build positive relationships to do the extraordinary.
We will change the face of our city and the future by transforming our youth. Participants are high school students selected during their sophomore year to participate in the program. The students represent a wide variety of cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds.
The program is designed to promote communication, understanding and trust among these developing leaders. Community projects, discussions, adventure education and first-hand experiences with community leaders are the training tools.
Our weekly Podcast provides information regarding current and upcoming events, training sessions and other opportunites for present and future Bridge Builders participants. Check us out!
